I have never been a sporty type but Ronnie has changed my attitude considerably. She turns up on time every time, always cheerful and very encouraging. My sessions with her are very varied and my strength and stamina seem to improve each time. The first measurement (one month after starting with Ronnie) was exciting with lots of inches lost, and her dietary advice is very sound. Altogether, training with Ronnie is a pleasure!

I had always wanted to learn Pilates and new I'd probably love it and with Ronnie I have. Ronnie's expertise with the method is spot on. I feel stronger, leaner and I feel so relaxed and I love Pilates! It complements my sweaty exercise wonderfully, and I love the way we sometimes work with just my body, other times a magic circle or stability ball or foam roller and bands...Ronnie must know thousands of Pilates exercises because each session is different. My favourite Pilates move is called The Saw - works my shoulders out and although I complain at the time, I feel better after doing it.

When I first trained with Ronnie I hurt! My body didn't know what had hit it - but it proved to me that I was very unfit and overweight! Now a few years on I'm 3 dress sizes smaller (size 10) and over 2 1/2 stone lighter. I feel great! I really miss exercise if I can't train now...never thought I'd feel like that! Ronnie is really lovely...she helped me through a tough time earlier this year by letting me waffle on in sessions with her. My eating is much healthier now too - which is really down to her pulling me up on the rubbish I was consuming a few years ago! I'd highly recommend Happy Exercising - and Happy Massage too actually - the relaxing massage is lovely.

How has Ronnie helped me? She's enabled me to play with my kids again. I've lost over 6 stone and gained strength and stamina I didn't have before. I've changed my diet too; I no longer eat certain foods as we found out pretty soon my intolerance for them. I drink more water than I ever did and have a respect for food now. Shopping for clothes is a joy which it never was as a size 18/20. I still train with Ronnie and plan on mastering the kick boxing and skipping soon!

My diet needed an overhaul and my body needed some exercise when Ronnie and I first met. That was nearly 6 years ago and since then I've changed a lot. A slimmer body; stronger body; more energy not insomina and headaches and a new baby! We worked throughout my pregnancy and afterwards, and it made the whole post pregnancy weight loss much easier. Now I exercise once a week with Ronnie to keep me on track and I love the stability work we do. I still hate the squats though.

Ronnie is a brilliant personal trainer.  She has motivated me to try different exercises not just running. She has taught me exercises that take up less time and which are more effective than anything I have done before.  I really enjoy running, but she taught me different ways to run to increase my speed and metabolism.  So now I can run less and burn more calories too! 

Within three weeks I had lost a total of 7 inches off my body size and mostly from the areas I needed to work on (my thighs, waist and hips!).  I enjoy our sessions and always feel energised afterwards (although sometimes my muscles ache – in a nice way though!).

I highly recommend Ronnie.  Her positive and pragmatic approach to exercise and general wellbeing is refreshing.
