Lasting 1 hour (this is compulsory before signing the Personal Training Contract)

Initially we will discuss your fitness goals, health and lifestyle. This will be followed by a few quick assessments. A fitness programme will then be designed for you to ensure you see real results and - at the same time - have enjoyable sessions. I will constantly review your programme. As your trainer I will motivate you and help you achieve your goals.

Lasting 1 - 2 hours (includes diet, exercise, stress and relaxation assistance)

nutrition consultation

Lasting 1 hour

We will analyse your diet and a detailed assessment will be carried out. This will ensure I am able to provide you with the correct advice and guidance to enable you to achieve your dietary goals

This popular online service helps you understand and develop a healthier relationship with food. Complete a 2 week food diary, send it back and I'll provide you with an expert analysis and detailed one month's healthy eating plan to follow based on your dietary likes, dislikes and any intolerances.

Give friends/ family the gift of health. Give a certificate for a Pilates or Yoga session or two!; a one-off health and fitness assessment/ nutritional consultation or a personal training package of a consultation and training session(s) to get them started on their path to success!

I can also design specific packages for you, whether you are going skiing, getting married, having a baby, have just had a baby, marathon training or trekking in the Himalayas!

Having a baby can be a daunting time. To prepare your body for the birth and to make it easier to get back into shape afterwards, I'll design a pregnancy programme incorporating diet and exercise that will take you through the trimesters feeling healthy, fit and sexy.

If you have decided 2008 is going to be your year to run the marathon but aren't quite sure how to go about your training, let me help you. As your trainer I will help devise a programme including nutritional advice to ensure you gradually build up your miles safely and free of injury and ensure proper rest is taken. Remember 26.2 miles is a long way and you want to be at your best for the big day!

There are many pressures and stresses involved with getting married. Whether its weight-loss you are interested in or getting fit for your big day, Happy Exercising can help.
