a healthy workforce

Businesses are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits that regular exercise can have on their workforce. Evidence suggests that regular exercise can help to combat the effects of stress and improve immunity to illness. All of these factors can help to create a happier, healthier workforce that is less likely to take sick days. There is also the added benefit that group exercise can help improve team bonding and improve workplace morale.

select the perfect fitness programme

Peak Body Conditioning can come to businesses at any time of day to train their employees either in groups of up to 15 (depending on activity and space available), or on a one to one basis. We provide all the necessary equipment and can offer a wide variety of different activities to suit all your employees requirements. These include the following:

  • Personal Training
  • Circuit Training
  • Mat Pilates or Yoga
  • Core Stability training
  • Strength and endurance training
  • Running and cycling groups
  • Weight loss and muscle toning programme
  • Short term and event programmes
  • Lifestyle and Nutrition advice

direct to your office

One of the biggest benefits that this service offers the company is the fact that it is an onsite service for very little cost. All we require is an unused meeting room or similar space. Even this is not essential if your employees wish to take part in guided runs or bike rides(both on and off road), or a group circuits class in a car park if there is no indoor space available. Another of the major benefits of this service is that it need not encroach on the working day. We can come to your office at any time, for example, before work, at lunch time or after work.

cost-effective fitness

The hourly rate for this service is £60. This is the actual training time, and not set up or set down time. Also, if a company wishes to hire us for more than one hour consecutively, then subsequent hours are charged at £50.

watching your wallet

Contrary to popular belief, hiring a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist need not exhaust your bank account. Expect to pay a minimum of around £45 an hour in London and £40 an hour elsewhere. Most trainers will suggest 2-3 sessions a week for around three to six months. Even if you can only afford two sessions a week, you should learn enough about fitness and nutrition to reap the long-term benefits.
